Though not widely known, rebounding is one of the most efficient and effective type of exercise for the entire body. It has all of the benefits of cardiovascular exercise and strength training with many added benefits due to the vertical movement of the trillions of cells in our body.

Being a promoter of active lifestyle and healthy living, i-Bounce starts them young by encouraging students from primary schools, secondary schools and junior colleges to participate in our SEP (Sports Education Programmes). Our SEP have been endorsed by the Singapore Sports Council since 2007.

i-Bounce provides training and classes in Rebounding, TacFit Programs and CST (Circular Strength Training to help our students and clients understand, practice and achieve Ageless Mobility and Health First Fitness.
