This Fitness Carnival provides unique fitness programmes that are not commonly available in Singapore to schools and colleges. Very few are aware of what i-Bouncing, CST (Circular Strength Training), FlowFit, TacFit, Clubbells and Ballgames with Inflatables are all about.
